Kohler Co. warrants the KOHLER® Belay Walk-in Bath to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for as long as the original consumer owns his or her home, provided the Belay® Walk-in Bath is installed by a KOHLER Authorized Dealer. These warranties only apply to Belay Walk-in Baths installed in the United States of America and Canada.
